Update Accout Details/Cancellation
*Please be sure to fill in your name and user ID.

Update Credit Card Details
Click Individual users only.
Click on “Individual“ button shown on the right so that you can download the Modification Form. Please print it out then send it back to Customer Service with valid credit card information by fax/mail.


Update Contact Information (Family Name/Address/Phone Number)
Click on “Individual“ or “Corporate“ button shown on the right so that you can download the Modification Form. Please print it out then send it back to Customer Service by fax/mail.
This request is accepted by email as well.


Additions/Deletions Registered Phone Number
Click on “GO!“ button and fill out online request form so as to add/delete your phone number registered with us. Or, just go to “Individual“ or “Corporate“ button so that you can download the Modification Form. Please print it out then send it back to Customer Service by fax/mail. This request is accepted by email as well.
*Additions/Deletions will be activated within 7 business days after you request.



Change/Registration of contact email address

Click on “GO!“ button and fill out online request form so as to change your email address registered.
This request is accepted by email as well.




Application/Cancellation for Billing Statement Service
Click on “Individual“ or “Corporate“ button shown on the right so that you can download the Modification Form. Please print it out then send it back to Customer Service by fax/mail.
This request is accepted by email as well.


Application/Cancellation for My Calls
Click on “GO!“ button and fill out online request form so as to apply/cancel My Calls, optional service.

Cancellation
Click on “Individual“ or “Corporate“ button shown on the right so that you can download the Cancellation Form. Please print it out then send it back to Customer Service by fax/mail.
This request is accepted by email as well.

[Notes]
-If you are corporate user, cancellation form is only acceptable by mail.
-Your account will be disabled within 7 business days after we receve the cancellation form.
