When You Dial
Q: This is my first time using Super Telephone, and my call doesn't go through.
A: In that case, your telephone unit has to be switched to the tone dialing. After you get connected to the access point number, press the "*" button in order to change the dialing mode, then enter the telephone number you wish to call.
*To change the dialing mode vary depending on the telephone unit.
For this, please refer to the user's manual of the telephone.
Calling from Mobile/PHS
Q: Can I use Super Telephone with Mobile/PHS?
A: Yes, toll-free access point will be recommended in that case.

Billing
Q: What is the minimum billing unit?
A: 1 minute will be the smallest rate applied.
If your connection is less than 60 secs, the minimum unit will be rounded up the rest of the seconds to the another minite.
Q: Am I billed if my call does not go through?
A: If you get to the announcement of telephone carrier or get busy tone, the call will not be billed. However, you will be billed by your telephone carrier separately for the call if you dial to regular access point number.
Q: Does Super Telephone offer the flat rate regardless the time and the day?
A: Yes, we offer flat rate 24x7. Calling rate varys depending on countries.
Registered phone numbers
Q: How many telephone numbers can I registered?
A: There is no upper limit in numbers. However, we must ask you to register more than one telephone number when you signup with us. If a telephone number has already belonged to the different ID, that number cannot be registered to your ID. For example, one of your family has already registered home number with us, your ID is not allowed to register your home number.
FAX
Q: Can I send faxes using Super Telephone?

A: We are afraid, we don't support fax transmissions.
We cannot guarantee that you'll be able to send faxes using Super Telephone, for the quality depends on line's circumstances and the fax machine itself.

Others
Q: Can I access to Super Telephone by the pulse dialing?
A: You can use that telephone unit but it requires to be switched to tone dialing. Most of the telephone unit can be switched to tone dialing when you press * (star) mark.
*The instruction switching the mode depends on the telephone unit. For this, please refer to the user's manulal of your telephone.
*If your telephone has rotating dial, you are not able to use Super Telephone.
Q: What is going to be shown the display on the answering party?
A: "User Unset" will appear on the screen. This is the caller's setting not to display the numbers. If the receiver activate the call-blocking setting to these unknown callers, your call will not be able to reach the answering party. Since our system does not allow to show your phone numbers, you need to have your answering party disable that setting in advance.
Q: Can I use Super Telephoen any time within a day?
A: Yes. You can call anytime 24 hours in a day by Super Telephone.
Q: I am subscribing MY LINE/MY LINE PLUS. Can I use Super Telephone?
A: Yes. Our toll-free access point will not be affected by MY LINE/MYLINE PLUS subscription, for the number starts with 0120 will be exception for their system. You don't need to dial another pre-fix number at the beginning in order to clear MY LINE/MY LINE PLUS setting. Calls made to regular access point automatically go through to your existing phone company registed as MY LINE/MY LINE PLUS and will be charged accordingly.
