■ Toll-free Access Point (From Regular Telephone only)

This toll-free number can be accessed from a fixed land line anywhere in Japan.
  • Mobile/PHS phones will be unable to connect to this access point number.
Actual number will be provided when you apply for services

■ Toll-free Access Point (From Mobile/PHS only)

♦Toll-free :

This toll-free number can be accessed from all mobile/PHS phones anywhere in Japan.
  • Regular telephones will be unable to connect to this access point number.
  • Anshin-da-Phone service (provided by WILLCOM) cannot be registered for use with this number. Anshin-da-Phone users will need to dial through a local access point number.

■ Local Access Point list ＊Calling fees paid by the user
There are a total of 17 local access points offered throughout Japan. These numbers are available for use with any type of telephone (regular/mobile/PHS). You will be billed by your telephone carrier separately for the call to these numbers. Depending on the destination, using a local access point may offer you better rates than the toll-free access point. If the end total (fees for the call to our access point number + Super Telephone calling charge) comes to an amount less than what would be incurred if using the toll-free number, these local access points will be recommended.
