Thank you for using Super Telephone.
Fusion Network Services Corporation concluded a contract with Dream Train Internet Inc. in agreement to acquire Dream Train Internet’s telephone service named the "Super Telephone" effective from October 21, 2005 (Friday) and Fusion NetworkServices continue offering Super Telephone as of that date.
As a result of this change of ownership, certain modifications have been made to the service details.

Changes to International Dialing Prefix
When you make an overseas call, the 010 needs to be dialed before the number.
 
◇How to Dial ◇  
After you hear the announcement, “For international calls・・・” , Old Way _ 001+Country code+Area Code+Phone Number+#
 
  New Way _ 010+Country Code+Area Code + Phone Number+#
 
Both prefixes will be active through January 31, 2006. After that date, the 001 prefix will be deactivated.
If your telephone numbers are stored in your phone’s speed dial or on our “Web Phone book”, please make sure to update the prefix in advance.

Changes to Billing Cycle
The privious billing cycle run from the 21st to the 20th of each month however, starting from November the billing cycle runs through the 22nd and begin on the 23rd of each month.

  Personal User Billing Date : November 6, 2005 (Credit Card is billed)
  Corp. User Billing Date : November 28, 2005 (Bank Account is debited)
     
November 2005
  Billing Cycle : October 21, 2005 _ November 22, 2005
  Personal User Billing Date : December 6, 2005 (Credit Card is billed)
  Corp. User Billing Date : December 27, 2005 (Bank Account is debited)
  ※Personal users are advised to confirm the billing date with your credit card company to avoid discrepancies on your credit card statement.

Changes to Authentication Method
Existing users were issued a password for authentication purposes or have pre-registered their telephone (EZ dial). As of October 21, 2005, we no longer issue passwords to new customers. All new customers need to register their phone number in advance so as to allow for phone number based authentication.
