"My Calls" allows you to view your monthly calling records and billing information of Super Telephone.


Initial Fee 100 yen (105 yen w/tax)
*Above fee will be billed only one time at the beginning.
Monthly Fee 100 yen (105 yen w/tax) per month
No monthly fee will be billed if there is no usage of that month.
*The total calling fees excluding tax plus the applicable amount of consumption tax comes to the monthly usage amount shown on the bill.
Applying
New Customer: Mark on the check box in the fields indicated on the application form.
Existing Customer: Go to the "My Calls" page "(Individual/Corp) and fill out the online application form.
Uploading data Call records and billing information are available on the 3rd of the following month. The record from the 23rd to the 22nd is shown on the online statement. * It may delay for a couple of days for some reasons.
Service Start Month If you apply for this optional service by the 22nd, you will be able to check the statement of that month. Please note that you will not be able to refer to the privious records before applying.
Period of saving data Call records and billing statement data are available for 3 months.
No usage month No data (0 yen) will be found if there is no usage of that month.
Another option Paper-based billing statement [300yen (315yen w/tax) per month] sent by postal mail is also available. You are able to apply for above option together when you sign up My Calls.
Contents of data Date, time, destination, duration, charge of each calls, and total charge in that month.
Cancellation Customer Service must receive your cancellation form by the 22nd of that month.
After the cancellation
  • All of the data will be deleted after cancellation procedure is compleated.
  • If we receive your cancellation form between the 22nd and the 3rd, it will be billed the monthly fee but the data won't be shown.
Password
  • Exclusive password is only sent by postal mail.
  • The password can be changed on our website. If you have forgotten your password, it will need to be resetted to the original password.In that case, your identity must be confirmed before we can proceed.
  • Once you cancel this optional service and re-apply for it again, the same original password should be sent. If you wish to get the different one for the security reasons, please contact Customer Service. In that case, 100 yen (105 yen w/tax) will be billed as service charge.
  • Re-sending the password costs 100 yen (105 yen w/tax) as service charge.
